Leatherhead Art Club welcomes everyone with a passion for Art.  We have a good mix of members ranging from winners of the Baines Surrey Artist of the Year to less experienced artists.  The Club’s inclusive policy means that all members are able to benefit from the wealth of experience and talent on offer and can seek advice from members whose work has been accepted by prestigious London Galleries such as Bankside and the Mall Galleries.

We meet once a week on a Tuesday Evening (7.30 – 9.30pm) at the Leatherhead Institute, 67 High Street, Leatherhead in the Abraham Dixon Hall.

Our members benefit from a stimulating programme of:-

•  Lectures from specialists in their field

•  Demonstrations from well known artists covering all mediums.  These are followed by workshops where members try their hand at creating work in a similar style.

•  Life drawing/ portraits/still life classes

•  Critique evenings when members have the chance to receive feedback and advice

Visitors are welcome to attend our lecture/demo evenings for a small fee.

See our autumn and spring programmes for further details.

Leatherhead Art Club has been running for over 50 years and has a limited membership of 65 members.  The club is very popular and we currently have a waiting list to join.

We have the latest audio and video equipment so that all demonstrations and lectures can be projected on to large screen for all to see.
