We welcome anyone who has a passion for Art. The Club contains a mix of beginners and professionals, including members whose work has been accepted by prestigious London galleries such as Bankside and the Mall Galleries, and our inclusive policy means that all members are able to benefit from the wealth of experience and talent on offer within the Club.

From September to the end of April we meet weekly on a Tuesday evening (7.30 pm – 9.30 pm) in the Abraham Dixon Hall at the Leatherhead Institute, 67 High Street, Leatherhead – please see Programmes for details of our Winter and Spring programmes of events.

At these events members benefit from a stimulating programme of -

•Lectures from specialists in their field

•Demonstrations from well known artists covering all mediums. These are followed by workshops where  members  try their hand at creating work in a similar style.

•Life drawing / portraits / still life evenings

•Critique evenings when members have the chance to receive feedback and advice on their work

We have up-to-date audio and video equipment so that all demonstrations and lectures can be projected on to a large screen for easy viewing.

Visitors are welcome to attend our lecture/demonstration evenings for a small fee

During the summer months from May to the end of August we meet to paint once a week at various outdoor locations – please see Programmes for details.

Visitors are welcome to attend our lecture/demo evenings for a small fee.
